Pickup Guidelines

Counter collection only at Shraman Sanskriti Bhavan (Ground Floor) between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Unclaimed meals are distributed after 11:30 AM to prevent ashaatna (food wastage).

Parcel Delivery Instructions

If you are unable to collect in person, you can arrange a self-paid pickup via any on-demand courier service:

Set Pickup Location: Shraman Sanskriti Bhavan, 202 Vaishali Nagar Rd.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings once confirmed are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

You may transfer pickup to a family member or nominee by notifying our seva team in the WhatsApp group.
